Specializing in ladieswear
Capital World specializes in manufacturing quality and comfortable ladieswear. Our managing director, Ravi Chunilal, spent over 1 year looking for the ideal location for the company’s first manufacturing project. The idea was to find a location with a balance between a sustainable and abundant skilled labor force and convenient access to supporting industries. He found this balance in a parcel of land in Phu An, Truc Ninh district of Nam Dinh province, approximately 120km from the city center of Vietnamese Capital, Hanoi, in May 2015. Nam Dinh province is considered as the textile capital of Vietnam, and has a history in traditional textile making to support it.

New advanced production base
The project broke ground in October 2015, with the support of local consulting firm, BDG, and was ready for its grand opening on July 6, 2016. The facility was designed by JG Consulting Hong Kong, with the highest compliance and safety standards in mind, as well as having a strong focus on lean manufacturing.

Manufacturing 6-7 million units per year
Our experienced workforce and advanced equipment allow us to manufacture 6-7 million units of ladies knitted and woven tops and dresses per year.  In total we have over 850 dedicated and well-trained staff working in a 5,000 square meter workshop housing 18 stream-lined production lines.
